1.Get ready for work
We are pleased to sleep longer, calmly have breakfast in bed, sit with a computer in a soft comfortable chair. Wasn’t that what we dreamed about, grabbing the handrails in the subway at rush hour?

It is important that the workplace be convenient. It is better to sit at a table at a chair than put a laptop on your knees and lie on a sofa. Bed and comfortable chair are perfect for breaks.
Organize workspace so that everything is at hand. So that you do not have to go to the kitchen or to the next room every five minutes. And it happens that you will go out to drink water, and you will return in an hour, because I saw an interesting program on TV.

3.Make a schedule
If you have decided on the place, plan your working day. Two options are possible here.
In the first case, you work according to the usual graphics. Sit down for the computer at the usual time, go to dinner at a losing break
, finish as usual. The advantages of this option are that you will have two hours that you spent on the road. Use them with pleasure – walk, run, meditate, communicate with loved ones. Try not to sit down to work earlier than usual, and do not stay.
If you choose the second option, then you will first have to divide your day into segments. Between the segments take breaks for 10 minutes.
Make a work plan on specific tasks. “Thinking through the project” – too general formulation. But “write 5 options for solving a problem with deliveries” – already better.
